Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine
2012 Annual Meeting — New Orleans
“Impact of Trauma on Teens: Building the Safety Net”

As health professionals, we have a critical role in identifying avenues – through clinical care, intervention and prevention efforts, research, advocacy, and/or policy setting – to help mitigate the impact of trauma on teens. Through our 2012 SAHM theme, “Impact of Trauma on Teens: Building the Safety Net,” presentations will provide insights on innovative programs, research and clinical strategies for improving the safety net in our own communities.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the SAHM 2012 Annual Meeting such a success.

Thank you to the organizations that exhibited at SAHM's 2012 meeting in New Orleans!

A special thank you to Elsevier, sponsor of the 2012 Gallagher lecture, and Pfizer, Satellite Symposium sponsor.
