Fellow Status

Applications for Fellow Status are being accepted until November 1, 2011

Applications are open to all individuals who have been active members of SAHM for at least three years and can provide proof of expertise in two of any of the following areas:

Excellence in teaching related to adolescent health.
Community-based/population-focused interventions with adolescents
Program leadership on behalf of adolescent health at the local, state, regional, national or international level.
International, national or state organizational leadership related to adolescent health.
Scholarly activity and/or research contributions in the area of adolescent health.
Provision of clinical services with adolescents for at least ten years.
