Staff Members

Susan L. Tibbitts, Executive Director, Ext. 252
Susan reports to the Board of Directors and oversees the operations of the headquarters and professional and administrative staff. She is responsible for managing new initiatives, as well as long-term financial and strategic planning. She also ensures that the organization maintains sound financial principles and makes progress in achieving its goals.

Ryan Norton, Administrative Director, Ext. 364
Ryan oversees the general association administration and works with SAHM’s various committees including the Program Committee in planning the Annual Meeting. He also supports the Executive Director in other society activities as directed by the SAHM Board of Directors. Ryan is the primary contact for questions about new and renewing memberships, membership benefits, payments, marketplace orders and general questions about SAHM.

Kasia Chalko, Marketing Communications Manager, Ext. 351

Kasia is responsible for the content, design and delivery of SAHM’s print and electronic communications. She also handles marketing for the Annual Meeting and oversees website initiatives.

Kismet Sağlam, Education Manager, Ext. 214
Kismet works with the SAHM Program Committee and staff to facilitate CE/CME accreditation of SAHM meetings and is responsible for the development of new education initiatives.

Lyn Maddox, Meeting Manager, Ext. 274
Lyn works with SAHM leaders to plan, manage and promote meetings. She is responsible for all meeting logistics, including management of vendors and contractors.

Kim Santos, Registration, Exhibits and Sponsorship Manager, Ext. 277
Kim manages registration, exhibits and sponsorship for the SAHM Annual Meeting.

William Chandler, Accountant, Ext. 242
Bill generates SAHM’s monthly financial reports, manages the SAHM audit and, along with the Executive Director, serves as the staff liaison to the Investment Committee.
