The goal of the AHRQ-funded project, Youth Providers 2.0 (YP2.0), is to improve the use of evidence-based practices among health care providers caring for adolescents and young adults. To accomplish this goal, SAHM will engage in a number of activities using new media to improve the dissemination of patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) to health professionals.
The Adolescent and Young Adult Clinical Care Resources were compiled as a part of the Youth Providers 2.0 (YP2.0) initiative, a collaboration between SAHM and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.  This project was supported by grant number R18HS021943 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.  This compilation is solely the responsibility of the YP2.0 initiative and does not necessarily represent the official views of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

YP2.0 would like to thank the following SAHM members for their guidance on completing this resource compilation: Chair of the Education Committee, Karen Soren, MD, members of the Education Committee, Sara Buckelew MD, MPH, Mandy Coles MD, MP, Katherine Greenberg MD, and Maria Monge MD, and Chair of the International Committee, Nicola Gray, PhD, MRPharmS, FSAHM
