The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V): Gender Dysphoria

The DSM-V is the most comprehensive, current, and critical resource for clinical practice available to today's mental health clinicians and researchers of all orientations. The DSM-V: Gender Dysphoria can be used by health professionals, social workers, and forensic and legal specialists to diagnose and classify mental disorders. Also included are diagnostic criteria for Gender Dysphoria in Adolescents and the most recent Changes to Gender Dysphoria in the DSM-V. 

 


The goal of the AHRQ-funded project, Youth Providers 2.0 (YP2.0), is to improve the use of evidence-based practices among health care providers caring for adolescents and young adults. To accomplish this goal, SAHM will engage in a number of activities using new media to improve the dissemination of patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) to health professionals.
