The RM-SAM nominee for the 2008 SAM Regional Chapter Recognition Award was Carol Bandura Cowley, MSN, NP. Carol will be recognized for this award at the 1-22-09 educational meeting.

During 2008, Category I CMEs and CEUs were given for attendance to the educational meetings. CMEs were provided by the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Office of CME while CEUs were provided by the Colorado Department of Education.

RM-SAM communicates with its members and friends through a web-based e-group system, which is sent to approximately 250 adolescent practitioners in this region. This Chapter will soon start its own Website and possible listserv. If you wish to be included, please contact Bill Wimett at wwimett@q.com.
