The
New England Chapter
of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine is an interdisciplinary organization open to all who care for and about youth…physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, health educators, counselors, teachers, mental health and human service and public health personnel. Chapter members do not need to be members of the national organization. Dues are $30 annually, from April to April.
Our Objectives
Foster and stimulate the highest quality of health care for adolescents, and increase understanding of the adolescent period of growth and development
Promote adolescent health care, foster communication among professionals who care for adolescents, and encourage cooperative projects in health care delivery, continuing professional education, and clinical research
Act as a source of information and referral for adolescent health care, education, and advocacy in New England
