Online registration is now closed for the SAHM 2018 Annual Meeting, but you can still register onsite at the Westin Seattle. Below are the rates for the annual meeting, if you are unsure of your member type please contact Brenda Howe. If you would like to register using the paper registration form please click here. Registration closes - March 1st – after March 1st you must register at the meeting.

Confirmation Letters

SAHM's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. SAHM will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail as well. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, email Brenda Howe at SAHM headquarters.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. SAHM will not process registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.


Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted to SAHM headquarters in writing. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all registrations received by February 2, 2018. Fees will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee to all registrations received by February 2, 2018. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after February 2. Should a U.S. government shutdown occur requiring cancellation by a government employee, a refund outside the parameters of this cancellation policy will be considered based on the particular circumstances and individual institution policy.
