Registration is now open for the SAHM Annual Meeting. Below are the rates for the annual meeting, if you are unsure of your member type please contact Andrea Ward.



Your registration fee includes:

  • Exhibit Hall admittance
  • Food Functions- Breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Registration closes – February 22, 2019 – After February 22nd you must register at the meeting.
 

Confirmation Letters

SAHM's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations immediately via e-mail. You will receive a confirmation/receipt to the e-mail address provided on the registration form shortly after your registration is complete. SAHM will confirm registrations received by fax and mail within 14 days of receipt via e-mail as well. If you do not receive confirmation after two weeks, email Andrea Ward at SAHM headquarters.
 

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. SAHM will not process registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be submitted to SAHM headquarters in writing. A $100 cancellation fee will apply to all registrations received by January 30, 2019. Fees will be refunded minus the $100 cancellation fee to all registrations received by January 30, 2019. No fees will be refunded for cancellations received after January 30, 2019.
 

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are allowed at any time. A substitution form must be completed and submitted to Andrea Ward at award@adolescenthealth.org
Note: If there is a difference in member type or if the rate has changed, payment must be provided in order to be processed.
