The Adolescent and Young Adult Clinical Care Resources were compiled as a part of the Youth Providers 2.0 (YP2.0) initiative, a collaboration between SAHM and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. This project was supported by grant number R18HS021943 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. This compilation is solely the responsibility of the YP2.0 initiative and does not necessarily represent the official views of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.

YP2.0 would like to thank the following SAHM Clinical Care Committee Members for their guidance on completing this resource compilation: Amy T. Campbell, JD, MBE (Chair, Advocacy Committee, 2013-2015).

YP2.0 aims to improve the use of evidence-based practices among health care providers caring for adolescents and young adults. To accomplish this goal, SAHM is engaged in activities that use new media technologies to improve the dissemination of patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) to adolescent and young adult health care professionals. The staff of YP2.0 include Monica Chase (Provider Education and New Technologies Coordinator), Jennifer Heitel, MPH (Project Director), Marina Catallozzi, MD, MSCE (Evaluator), and John Santelli, MD, MPH (Principal Investigator).
